I love working one on one, in small groups, and in corporate settings, and was recently recognized with Thumbtack's "Best of 2015" award for yoga instruction in the Denver area based on customer hires and reviews.
As we work together you will start to derive many benefits from your practice including increased flexibility and strength, improved muscle tone, and better sleep. Yoga will help you with injuries you might be suffering from and provide stress relief through physical movement and quiet meditation. You will gain a heightened awareness of both your physical body and your mental state.
Finally, through paying attention to your breath and its quality, you will start developing tools that foster mind body connection not only on your mat, but off your mat as well.
